Qld Demolition Supervisor
Turn your demolition experience into recognised competency and step into a supervisory role without stepping off site.
COURSE DESCRIPTION:
The Demolition Supervisor Pathway (QLD) is designed for experienced demolition workers ready to step into supervisory roles or formalise their existing skills through recognition of prior learning (RPL).
This program focuses on the real-world application of demolition practices, including planning, hazard identification, risk management, and the safe use of tools and equipment across residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
Participants will demonstrate competency through workplace evidence, including site documentation, practical activities, and assessor-led verification. Where gaps are identified, targeted training will be provided to ensure all requirements are met.
This pathway reflects current industry expectations, where demolition is no longer just about dismantling structures, but about controlled deconstruction, safety, compliance, and material recovery.
