It refreshed my mind and made me think, much needed.
I was quite impressed with his knowledge around Project Management. He understood most of the terms and even recognised the old triple constraint (triangle).
He is now familiar with the location and basics of our PM Methodology and I set him a task to produce two documents from each phase. I’m confident he will be able to get this sorted fairly quickly and if his enthusiasm is anything to go by then it will be of a good standard.

Great Trainer. I was very pleased with the Professional service that JC gave me recently when I renewed my TC Licence. I will be contacting this RTO when I am due to renew my TMI Licence.
