Cherie has been involved in Vocational Education & Training (VET) sector for over 20 years. Cherie has extensive experience in managing Industry Training Advisory Bodies (ITABs) and related business areas. Cherie demonstrates a solid commitment to engaging with industry in skills development for their sectors. Cherie’s interest in the quality of advice provided, evolves from her experience in establishing relationships with industry stakeholders and ensuring the delivery, assessment, qualifications and experience of the trainers meet the requirements identified by industry.
Cherie is also an active director and fulltime employee of RudTek Pty Ltd.
Kylea has been involved in Vocational Education & Training (VET) sector for the last 10 years playing essential roles such as Training Manager, Compliance manager, Operations Manager to various RTO’s, providing quality education services to students and a strong advocate for lifelong learning.
Kylea has excellent communication skills, demonstrated business acumen and the ability to inspire and motivate a team to meet significant business and financial targets. She holds qualifications in Business and Management and other appropriate disciplines conversant in the courses we offer.
Kylea aims to create a shift in distance education utilising various technologies that allow learners to take courses independent of time and location constraints

Amber is an energetic, ambitious person who has developed a mature and responsible approach to all tasks she undertakes. As a graduate of QUT, Amber utilises a range of skills from her technical studies as well as previous work within the vocational education sector.
Amber has an artistic streak which complements her working style and allows her to work through a range of programs and mediums to incorporate innovation, marketing, knowledge management, communications and administration with excellence in customer service. Amber is an awesome addition to the RudTek Team.
